Manufacturing

The most critical production processes, such as welding and painting are executed and controlled by skilled personnel, holders of specific technical licenses.

The Pioltello facility, built and inaugurated in 2010, represents Duscon modern and high technology approach to product and equipment testing, which is conducted internally and in conjunction with external qualified centers.

Revamping
Revamping activities as the improvement of the equipment performances through adequate modification or replacement of specific component.

This also includes periodical tests, revisions and revamping of equipment in order to assure its perfect operation avoiding forced and unforeseen stops of the plant.
Commissioning & Start-up
Duscon offers high quality services and a reliable technical assistance during the erection and start up phases for air and dust treatment plants.
We follow the erection of all types of equipments supplied by us, including supervision at erection, assistance at start-up: these operations are performed by our skilled technicians worldwide.
Duscon also provides training courses for the maintenance of industrial dust control equipments (autonomous maintenance).
